These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrantCP.

GrantCP is a European-focused funding discovery and research platform operated by A VIZION (NIPT: L42102033I), Albania.

GrantCP is designed to help individuals and organisations discover, monitor, understand and work with funding opportunities.

By creating an account or using GrantCP, you agree to these Terms.

If you use GrantCP on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

GrantCP may provide tools for:

• discovering funding opportunities;
• monitoring funding sources;
• creating individual or organisation funding profiles;
• identifying potentially relevant opportunities;
• assessing apparent eligibility and relevance;
• saving and tracking opportunities;
• receiving alerts;
• understanding programme requirements;
• using AI-assisted research and explanations;
• supporting preparation for funding applications.

Features may be introduced, changed or removed as GrantCP develops.

Some functionality may be introduced gradually, evolve over time or remain experimental while it is being developed and tested.

GrantCP helps users discover and understand funding opportunities.

It does not make funding decisions.

Payment for GrantCP gives users access to GrantCP's tools and services. It does not purchase, guarantee or increase any legal entitlement to funding, and it does not guarantee that any grant application will be successful.

A match score, eligibility indication, recommendation, summary or AI-generated explanation does not guarantee that:

• you are eligible;
• an application will be accepted;
• funding is still available;
• a deadline, budget or requirement has not changed;
• a funding authority will interpret its rules in the same way;
• you will receive funding.

A match score reflects GrantCP's assessment of relevance or apparent compatibility; it is not a prediction of the probability of receiving funding.

The official documentation and decisions of the relevant funder or programme authority always take precedence.

Users should verify material application requirements against the original official source before acting on them.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GrantCP is independent from the organisations whose funding opportunities appear on the service.

The inclusion of an opportunity does not mean that GrantCP is endorsed, authorised or sponsored by the relevant funder.

Similarly, GrantCP does not claim to represent European Union institutions, governments, development agencies, foundations, embassies, international organisations or other funding bodies merely because information concerning their programmes appears on GrantCP.

Where appropriate, GrantCP seeks to identify and link to the original source of funding information.

Some GrantCP functionality may require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must not knowingly allow unauthorised persons to access your account.

Your account becomes active once you confirm your email address. Accounts may be suspended or closed where these Terms are breached.

Creating an account does not guarantee access to any particular future feature or plan.

GrantCP may allow you to create profiles for yourself or organisations you are authorised to represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

If you enter information concerning another person or organisation, you must have an appropriate basis or authority to do so.

GrantCP may use profile information to assess potential relevance, eligibility and compatibility with funding opportunities.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an opportunity is appropriate and whether to submit an application.

GrantCP may use artificial intelligence to assist with activities such as:

• summarising funding calls;
• explaining eligibility criteria;
• comparing opportunities with profiles;
• identifying apparent requirements;
• suggesting questions or next steps;
• assisting with research or preparation.

AI-generated information may contain mistakes, omissions or incorrect interpretations.

Important information should therefore be checked against the original funding documentation.

AI assistance provided by GrantCP is not legal, accounting, tax or regulated professional advice.

GrantCP obtains funding information from multiple sources, which may include official portals, institutional websites, APIs, open-data sources, publications and other permitted sources.

We aim to provide useful and current information, but third-party information can change without notice.

GrantCP cannot guarantee that every opportunity is complete, current or error-free at every moment.

Where GrantCP identifies inconsistencies, uncertainty or outdated information, it may flag, correct, suppress or review that information.

Funding information may also remain available for historical or research purposes after an opportunity has closed.

You may use GrantCP for legitimate funding discovery, research, monitoring, project preparation and related professional purposes.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to GrantCP or another user’s account;
• bypass access controls, security restrictions or technical limits;
• introduce malware or intentionally interfere with the service;
• use GrantCP for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
• deliberately provide false information in order to misuse the service;
• systematically scrape, harvest or bulk-extract GrantCP data through unauthorised automated means;
• copy or reproduce substantial parts of the GrantCP database for the purpose of creating a competing database or service;
• resell access to GrantCP unless a plan or written agreement expressly allows it;
• use the service in a way that infringes the rights of GrantCP, funding organisations, other users or third parties.

Normal use of funding information for preparing applications, advising an organisation or carrying out legitimate professional work is not prohibited by this section.

The GrantCP name, product design, software, matching systems, original content, interface and other proprietary elements of the service are owned by or licensed to AVizion unless otherwise stated.

Funding opportunities and source materials may belong to or be licensed by their respective publishers.

GrantCP does not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they are indexed, structured, summarised or linked through the service.

Where source licences or attribution requirements apply, GrantCP aims to respect those requirements.

You retain ownership of information and original content you submit to GrantCP.

You give GrantCP the limited rights necessary to process that information for the purpose of providing the service to you.

GrantCP continues to develop as its sources, data and capabilities evolve.

New or evolving functionality may:

• change frequently;
• contain errors;
• be temporarily unavailable;
• operate differently in future versions of the product;
• be limited to certain jurisdictions.

Feedback about GrantCP may be used to improve the service.

Use of GrantCP today does not create an entitlement to permanent free access or to any particular future feature.

Some GrantCP services may be offered free of charge and others may require payment.

Before a paid subscription or service is activated, the applicable price, billing terms and material conditions will be presented to the user.

GrantCP will not intentionally charge a user for a paid plan without a clear action accepting the applicable purchase or subscription terms.

Any fee paid to GrantCP is a fee for access to the relevant GrantCP service or subscription. It is not a success fee, an application fee charged on behalf of a funder, or a guarantee of obtaining funding.

Funding decisions are made exclusively by the relevant funding organisations or authorities. GrantCP has no control over those decisions.

When paid subscriptions are introduced, additional terms concerning billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and taxes may apply and will be made available before purchase.

Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

GrantCP may contain links to funding portals, application systems or other third-party websites and services.

Those services are operated independently from GrantCP.

Their availability, content, security, privacy practices and terms are controlled by the relevant third party.

A link from GrantCP should not automatically be interpreted as an endorsement of every statement, product or service on the linked website.

Users should review the applicable official documentation and third-party terms when interacting with those services.

We aim to keep GrantCP reliable and available, but continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, changes in third-party sources or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

GrantCP may modify functionality where reasonably necessary to improve the service, respond to security or legal requirements, adapt to changes in funding sources or develop the product.

Where a material change significantly affects paid users, we will provide appropriate information where reasonably possible and where required by law.

Users may stop using GrantCP at any time.

Where account-deletion functionality is available, users may request closure of their account subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

GrantCP may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
• security concerns;
• suspected fraud or abuse;
• unauthorised access or automated extraction;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• material risk to GrantCP, its users or third parties.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will seek to provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate action may be taken where required for security, legal compliance or prevention of material harm.

GrantCP will use reasonable care in providing the service.

However, funding decisions depend on third-party authorities and information that may change outside GrantCP’s control.

GrantCP is therefore not responsible merely because:

• an application is rejected;
• a user does not receive funding;
• a funding authority changes or withdraws a call;
• a third-party source contains inaccurate information;
• an opportunity changes after GrantCP has indexed it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrantCP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on information that users were reasonably expected to verify against official funding documentation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal data processed through GrantCP is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall framework governing use of GrantCP but addresses personal-data processing separately from these Terms.

GrantCP is an evolving service, and these Terms may change as the product develops.

The date at the top identifies the current version.

Where changes are material, GrantCP will take reasonable steps to make users aware of them.

Where applicable law requires explicit acceptance of a change, GrantCP will request it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under other applicable law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory protections that applicable consumer law grants you.

Any dispute should first be raised with GrantCP at info@grantcp.com so that the parties can attempt to resolve it directly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved, jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable law.
