About GrantCP

Why GrantCP exists

Funding opportunities can change organisations, businesses, communities and individual lives.

Yet too often, the opportunity exists while the people who could make good use of it never discover it — or discover it too late.

The information may be spread across institutional websites, public portals, programmes, agencies, foundations and other sources. Eligibility rules can be difficult to interpret. Deadlines pass. Opportunities are missed not because there was no need or potential, but because finding and understanding the right funding required too much time, knowledge or luck.

GrantCP was created to reduce that distance.

GrantCP was created from a simple conviction: if funding exists that can help create something useful, strengthen an organisation, support a business, improve a community or contribute to development, discovering that opportunity should be easier.

That challenge exists across the European funding landscape — across EU programmes, national and regional schemes, cross-border initiatives, foundations, regranting programmes and other funding sources. GrantCP is being built to make that landscape easier to discover and understand.

Most platforms make you search. GrantCP searches for you.

GrantCP is being built around a different funding-discovery model.

Instead of requiring users to repeatedly search databases and websites, GrantCP starts by understanding the applicant.

A user creates a funding profile describing relevant information such as who they are, what their organisation does, where they operate, the kinds of projects they can undertake and the types of funding that may be relevant to them.

From there, GrantCP is designed to keep looking.

It continuously reviews funding opportunities from multiple sources and compares them with the profile.

The goal is not to show users the largest possible list of grants.

The goal is to surface the opportunities that appear most relevant to them.

Create your profile once. GrantCP keeps looking for funding for you.

A typical GrantCP experience could eventually be as simple as:

“GrantCP found 2 new opportunities overnight. One appears to be a strong match for your organisation.”

From there, the user can understand why the opportunity may be relevant, review eligibility criteria, deadlines, funding amounts, geographic requirements, documents, possible partners and next steps.

Then they decide whether the opportunity deserves their time.

More than a grant database

GrantCP is not being built simply as another searchable database of funding calls.

Funding information already exists.

The problem is that it exists in many different places, in different formats and under different terminology.

GrantCP aims to create an intelligence layer between those funding sources and the people looking for opportunities.

At the centre of the concept are two questions:

What does this opportunity require?

and

Who is this person or organisation?

GrantCP works to bring those two sides together.

That means understanding factors such as geography, applicant type, sector, programme objectives, eligibility requirements and other relevant characteristics — and turning them into useful information for the user.

The result should be less time searching and more time evaluating the opportunities that actually matter.

What an AI Funding Copilot means

We use the word copilot deliberately.

A copilot assists. It does not take control away from the user.

GrantCP can use artificial intelligence to help organise information, explain complex requirements, compare funding opportunities with user profiles and make large amounts of funding information easier to understand.

But GrantCP does not decide who receives funding.

A match score is an assessment of relevance or apparent compatibility — not a prediction that an application will succeed.

The official funding authority, its rules and its decisions always remain the authority.

GrantCP's role is to help users reach better-informed decisions faster.

From discovery to action

Finding an opportunity is only the beginning.

GrantCP is being designed around a broader journey:

  1. Profile
  2. Discovery
  3. Eligibility
  4. Match
  5. Alert
  6. Understand
  7. Track
  8. Prepare
  9. Apply

Profile → Discovery → Eligibility → Match → Alert → Understand → Track → Prepare → Apply

The platform aims to help users move from discovering that an opportunity exists to understanding whether it is genuinely worth pursuing.

Over time, GrantCP may assist with areas such as requirements, documentation, deadlines, research, potential partners and application preparation.

The user remains in control throughout that process.

Built for Europe's funding landscape.

GrantCP brings together funding opportunities across the European funding landscape.

Its scope includes EU programmes, national and regional schemes, cross-border initiatives, foundations and regranting programmes.

GrantCP is designed as a European funding intelligence platform.

The fragmentation of funding information does not stop at national borders.

As GrantCP grows, the aim is to connect more sources, programmes, countries and funding ecosystems while keeping the user experience simple.

Technology should reduce the distance to opportunity

Technology has little value if it simply creates another complicated system for people to navigate.

GrantCP should do the opposite.

Its purpose is to reduce the distance between:

an opportunity that exists

and

the person or organisation capable of doing something valuable with it.

That principle guides how GrantCP is being built.

A sustainable product with a purpose

Building and maintaining GrantCP requires technology, infrastructure, reliable data and continuous development.

For that reason, some GrantCP services will be paid.

But commercial sustainability is a means of keeping the product useful and improving it — not the purpose for which GrantCP was created.

We want the service to remain reasonably accessible so that the technology itself does not become another barrier between people and opportunity.

GrantCP can grow, develop partnerships and become a strong business while remaining faithful to the reason it began.

Who is behind GrantCP

GrantCP was founded by Alban Kardashi and is developed and operated by A VIZION (NIPT: L42102033I).

Its current operating base is in Albania, while GrantCP is designed and built as a European funding intelligence platform.

A VIZION supports GrantCP's technology, infrastructure and operations as the platform develops.
